Default Glint model

I was aiming for more like but it ended a little cartoony. Shiny things are a bit hard to photograph too. I think I need to repaint a darker scale pattern but don't trust my shaking hands to not mess it up. Wingspan is 24".

Edit: added a third picture trying different lighting and defined the eyes a bit more.

Very nice. What did you use to make it though?

Its really good! We don't see a lot of that kind of stuff in Nolani and it's a shame. Nice work.

I might try making some other models a bit later, not sure which or when yet. I have my Nian plushie, a few requests, and my big project I want to finish before October. Anyone have suggestions on what they would like to see? If I like it and think I can make it I will add it to the list.

You should so make a raptor.

Man, you're so awesome when it comes to making things. I usually get inspired, start and then never finish it or end up doing a half ass job because I want to get it finished already.

Oh, and I got the black moa chick yesterday!

I made it my deviantID, I hope you don't mind. I gave you credit and I love it love it LOVE IT. Much bigger than I thought it was going to be. You should really commission off some plushies for rl money, I already know you'd be makin some profit!

The moa chick currently resides on my bed when I'm not sleeping in it.

I wrote up a post and forgot to hit submit last night. Doh!

That's such a great picture! I'm very glad that you like the moa chick.

Nian is now finished.

And for those who didn't see them last year, here are links to the model Bone Dragon and Mad King that I did last year.

And raptors and djinns sound like very fun things to do.
